I woke up early here is a blog post
January 11, 2022
I don’t know if anyone even reads this but you know what! I’M GOING TO BLOG. I’M GOING TO WRITE DOWN MY FEELINGS! Maybe I can hone my writing skills so I can write that children’s book down the line.
Some day we’re all going to die and that’s just such a comforting thing to think about. No matter who you are, where you’re from, what you’re doing now…we’ll all meet death’s sweet embrace one day and there’s nothing we can do about it.
But before that it’d be cool if we could stop killing our oceans and shit and be a little nicer to everyone.
Wow! I did not expect to find this. This was a very nice surprise. But good for you! I love what you do and I hope you reach your goals.
was pleasantly surprised when i saw that there was a new blog post the same day when i randomly decided to check this website. your stream of consciousness-type posts are fun to read and i look forward to reading more posts in the future! i enabled notifications for new blog posts so maybe the fact that you have at least one reader will keep this blog somewhat active haha
Blog posts? pretty cool if you ask me
I was not expecting this to go from talking about children’s books to existential depression this quickly but that is the decade old lilypichu style we all know so I’m not complaining.
I’m liking the website, it has an 2000s feel to it. Nowadays everything on the internet seems to be centralized on big websites, reddit instead of forums, twitter instead of individual blogs like this and etc. I like the feel of small corners of the internet like this one, they feel cozy.
It’s good to hear you will be blogging, I rarely watch any twitch streams so instead I’ll occasionally check out this website to pay a visit to an old friend, I’ll dare call you one because I can not find a better way to describe how this website made me feel.
You’re absolutely right Lily, we do not control when we die; we’re all gonna die at some point. That is the beauty of it, and that is why we must cherish every moment of our lives even the darkest moments as they ultimately help us grow and become a better person. As the Ancient One said, death is what gives life meaning, to know that your days are numbered. I look forward to seeing what lies ahead for you and I’m glad I’m a part of it! 🙂 <3
Sorry, Michael and I are finally dumping that crude oil into the ocean on Tuesday. Oceans are still gonna die.
There is comfort to the idea that everyone will die eventually but it comes to my mind the idea of looking at the story and journey which is the thing people will remember more.
